How to Make the Perfect Basic Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding:


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, coconut, or soy)

  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for topping (optional)


  1. Gather Ingredients:

  • Collect all the ingredients needed for the chia seed pudding.

  1. Mix Chia Seeds and Milk:

  • In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds and milk. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the liquid.

  1. Add Sweetener:

  • Add the sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar). Adjust the amount based on your desired level of sweetness.
